Cynthia Bishop: Fearless Event Production Management

Thank you for taking the time to check out my website.

I am a freelance Event Producer & Project Manager with 23+ years of experience producing live, broadcast, and virtual events for corporate and non-profit clients and creative agencies. So far, I have produced events in over 11 countries, in venues ranging from hotel ballrooms to stadiums.

I love the challenges of live events, and at this point in my career very little scares me and much delights me. Whether it’s an executive keynote, product launch, press event, multi-day conference, world tour, or all of the above, I will help your event be successful and memorable. And we’ll have fun getting there.

Juicing for Life

(not to be confused with steroid use ….) O.K., this has nothing to do with events, but how else are you going to eat kale or parsley or any of those other vegies that you would never choke down? Juice it!  Intrigued? Check out Juicing for Life, by Cherie Calbom. And according to my daughter, the Breville Juice Fountain is the recommended juicer.

Brian Walter

Just when you start thinking singing and dancing, or a game show, or any number of hilarious devices are hokey, is exactly when you need to understand that these are HUGE audience motivators. With good, experience talents, like Brian Walter, people respond so enthusiastically, I’ve seen them dancing in the aisles!

The Art and Beauty of Lighting Design Book Cover

The Art and Beauty of Lighting Design

Dennis Parichy is a Lighting Designer I had the happy fortune of working with at The Seattle Repertory Theater. I loved listening to his stories about the challenges he faced and the creative solutions he came up with. I badgered him into writing Illuminating the Play: The Artistry of Lighting Design for which he gives me credit in the book – graciously, he didn’t use the word badger!
